Oscar Tuazon, M.D. is the medical director at Universal Industrial Care. Known affectionately by his clients as “Dr. T,” Dr. Tuazon ensures that all of his patients receive proper, quality care while maintaining excellent communication with their employers. Dr. T has devoted nearly 20 years of his professional career to the field of industrial mediciine.

Billy Leon, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has been performing both general and orthopedic surgery since 1977. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the California Orthopedic Association, and is on staff at Glendora Community Hospital, Glendora, CA; Santa Teresita Hospital, Duarte, CA; Covina Valley Community Hospital, West Covina, CA; Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, Glendora, CA; and Monrovia Community Hospital, Monrovia, CA.
